People and Culture Manager (f/m/d)

München
Full-time
Permanent employee

Description

As our People & Culture Manager (f/m/d), you will take responsibility for the People topics of one of QD’s key departments and act as their dedicated People Business Partner.

Working closely with our Head of Product Development, you will be the go-to People contact for managers and employees – from workforce planning and hiring to onboarding, development, performance, feedback, and offboarding.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has built a solid foundation in People & Culture and is ready to take ownership of a business area while continuing to grow as a People Business Partner. You enjoy being close to people and the business, bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, and finding pragmatic solutions that work.

Who we are

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our strong, international team of over 60, including physicists, engineers, data scientists, and other experts, works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, supporting chip debugging and accelerating yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors, semiconductor experts, and strategic public programmes, we have ensured long-term stability, shifting from breakthrough to scale – and shaping the next chapter in chip testing.
