At QuantumDiamonds, we turn quantum physics into real-world impact. As Product Manager Asia, you will drive the successful adoption and growth of our quantum sensing technology across one of our most dynamic markets.

Working at the intersection of technology, customers, and market insights, you’ll translate complex applications into clear value propositions, enabling customers and distributors to confidently adopt our solutions. You will act as a key bridge between Asia and HQ, ensuring that customer needs, market feedback, and product evolution are tightly aligned.

Collaborating closely with application, R&D, and commercial teams, your mission is to accelerate product success in the field, strengthen customer confidence, and uncover new opportunities where our technology can create impact. Through technical engagement, training, and market intelligence, you will help shape both our product roadmap and our long-term growth in Asia.

Founded in 2022 as a spin-off of TU Munich, QD leverages quantum sensors to rapidly capture three-dimensional current maps within multi-layer chips. Our strong team of over 50 physicists, engineers, and data scientists works side by side with major semiconductor manufacturers, helping them in chip debugging and accelerating their yield analysis. Backed by top-tier deep tech investors, semiconductor experts, and strategic public programs, we have ensured long-term stability, shifting from breakthrough to scale - and shaping the next chapter in chip testing.

What will you do

Support customers and distributors with advanced technical expertise and problem-solving
Drive product adoption by demonstrating value and guiding successful implementation
Deliver technical trainings for customers, distributors, and internal teams
Act as the “voice of the customer” by collecting feedback and translating it into product improvements
Collaborate closely with HQ teams (R&D, Application, Product)
Represent QD at industry events, workshops, and customer engagements
Contribute to product roadmap discussions and feature improvements
Monitor market trends, applications, and opportunities in Asia
Support rollout of new product generations

What is expected of you

A Master’s or PhD in Physics preferred; Applied Mathematics or a comparable technical field
Experience working in or with semiconductor manufacturing environments is required
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and explain complex technologies clearly
Proactive and hands-on approach to customer engagement, with the ability to influence adoption
Proven ability to collect, structure, and translate application insights and customer feedback into actionable input for product development and R&D
Experience working closely with semiconductor manufacturing customers (e.g. Bosch, Infineon, TSMC, Samsung or similar)
Solid experience (3–5 years) in product management, application engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Ability to operate cross-functionally and act as a bridge between customers, distributors, and HQ teams
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on product success and customer satisfaction
Ability to develop and deliver technical training to diverse audiences
Awareness of market trends, industry standards, and emerging applications in the semiconductor space
Willingness to travel and represent the company across Asia and at HQ
Willingness to relocate to Taiwan
Valid work authorization for Taiwan (e.g. work permit, Gold Card, APRC) or eligibility to obtain one
