Als unser Facility Coordinator (m/w/d) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle dabei, unsere Labore, Montagebereiche und Büros reibungslos am Laufen zu halten. Du stellst sicher, dass sich unsere Teams auf Innovation konzentrieren können, während du die Verantwortung für Infrastruktur, Wartung, Compliance und alle facility-bezogenen Themen übernimmst.

Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen, um den Gebäudebetrieb zu managen, technische Systeme zu überwachen und unser weiteres Wachstum zu unterstützen - von der Flächenplanung bis hin zum Aufbau neuer Arbeitsbereiche im Zuge unserer Skalierung.

Gegründet im Jahr 2022 als Spin-off der TU München nutzt QuantumDiamonds Quantensensoren, um dreidimensionale Stromkarten in mehrlagigen Chips schnell zu erfassen. Unser über 50-köpfiges Team aus Physiker, Ingenieuren und Data Scientists arbeitet eng mit führenden Halbleiterherstellern zusammen, unterstützt sie bei der Chip-Fehleranalyse und beschleunigt deren Yield-Analyse. Unterstützt von führenden Deep-Tech-Investoren, Halbleiterexperten und strategischen öffentlichen Förderprogrammen haben wir langfristige Stabilität geschaffen - und bewegen uns vom technologischen Durchbruch hin zur Skalierung, um das nächste Kapitel der Chipprüfung mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen täglichen Betriebs unserer Labore, Montagebereiche und Büros
Koordination von vorbeugender Wartung, Inspektionen und externen Dienstleistern (HVAC, Druckluft, Sicherheitssysteme, Reinigung, Security)
Management von Infrastruktur-Upgrades, Versorgungsinstallationen und baulichen Anpassungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
Sicherstellung von EHS- und Facility-Compliance (Versicherungen, Brandschutz, TÜV-Prüfungen, Dokumentation, Audits)
Verantwortung für facility-bezogene Budgets sowie Beschaffung von Infrastruktur
Hauptansprechpartner:in für Vermieter, Behörden und Serviceprovider
Unterstützung bei Flächenplanung, Arbeitsplatzgestaltung und Facility-Logistik im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums

Das bringst Du mit

Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik oder Operations (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
1–3 Jahre relevante Erfahrung in F&E-, Produktions- oder Laborumgebungen
Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis von Gebäudesystemen (HVAC, Druckluft, Elektrik)
Starke Koordinations-, Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
Hands-on-Mentalität sowie strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung mit Sicherheitsvorschriften und technischer Dokumentation von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

As our Facility Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our laboratories, assembly areas, and offices running smoothly. You’ll ensure that our teams can focus on innovation while you take ownership of infrastructure, maintenance, compliance, and all things facility-related.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage building operations, oversee technical systems, and support our ongoing growth - from space planning to setting up new work areas as we scale.

What will you do

Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of our laboratories, assembly areas, and offices
Coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, and service contractors (HVAC, compressed air, safety systems, cleaning, security)
Manage infrastructure upgrades, utility installations, and building adjustments in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Ensure EHS and facility compliance (insurance, fire protection, TÜV inspections, documentation, audits)
Own facility-related budgets, and procurement for facility related infrastructure
Be the main point of contact for landlords, authorities, and service providers
Support space planning, workplace setup, and facility logistics as we continue to scale

What is expected of you

Degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or Operations (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of relevant experience in R&D, production, or laboratory environments
Basic technical understanding of building systems (HVAC, compressed air, electrical)
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on attitude with a structured and reliable way of working
Experience with safety regulations and technical documentation is a plus
Fluent in German and English
