Set up scalable HR systems and policies—payroll, benefits, visas, reporting—as headcount rises in Germany and abroad.
Track engagement through surveys and metrics, then launch initiatives that improve retention and collaboration.
Advise the leadership team on organisation design, culture and compliance.
Manage external partners (recruiters, payroll providers, legal counsel) and build an internal People team as needs grow.
Relevant professional HR experience, best case including time in a high-growth technology company.
Proven ability to create and refine people processes while balancing near-term demands with long-term scalability.
Strong analytical thinking combined with hands-on execution and ownership.
Empathy, clear communication, and fluency in English. German proficiency is a plus but not required
