We are currently seeking a hardware engineer with a background in any of these areas — quantum engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or materials science — to contribute to the development of advanced technologies. If you have strong experience in hardware design, hands-on lab work, and a passion for solving complex, high-impact challenges, we want to hear from you. While experience in quantum sensing, particularly NV-based systems, is a plus, candidates with expertise in broader hardware engineering disciplines will also thrive in this role.

What will you do

Design, build, and optimize state-of-the-art quantum sensor technology
Conduct measurements on cutting-edge semiconductor devices
Stay updated with the latest quantum sensing trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement
Contribute to the documentation of design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports

What is expected of you

Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Physics, EE, or relevant field
Hands-on experience in hardware design
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug
You are a high achiever who thrives in a fast-paced environment where things get done
You are collaborative, humble, and a problem-solver passionate about making an impact

The following are considered strong assets:

Experience in CW-ODMR
Experience with NV pulse sequences and AC sensing
Knowledge of modern semiconductor device layouts and cross-sections
